You are in safe hands! We will teach you everything you need to know and give you the support to have you whizzing through it in no time!

Am I locked in for a certain period of time?

Nope! After your 6 week program if you don't want to continue - no pressure at all!

How long are the training sessions, and how many times per week to I have to train?

Your training is completely tailored to you. If you can only do 30min 2 times per week or 60 min 5 times per week we program to you.

Will I get updates and support?

Yes, you get weekly check ins and updates from your coach that keeps you accountable and also is constantly adapting the protocols to your body.
